April 2020

self-risolation is a virtual exhibition and archive of posters from Kingston’s second year graphic design students. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic the proposed physical exhibition had to be rethought and reimagined. On the launch date, we included a Private view/ ‘hangout space’ so our year group could all catch up and celebrate together whilst having a celebratory pint.

In the build-up to the launch, we released promotional posts such as this teaser video of the exhibition being held virtually in Animal Crossing to communicate how we were trying to suggest a new format for viewing art and creative outputs.
